I wonder what doctor it may be.

It might be that the apple is not literal, but symbolic.
Perhaps what this symbol represents is exactly what keeps the doctor away.
You see, I'm prone to sickness, but it's not just any sickness.
It's the sickness that I believe almost everyone experiences.
